We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. The illustrations, dimensions, weights and capacities given are approximate only. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. Countryside Feeders Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products and/or materials on this website.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon issuing proforma invoice for the product(s) ordered.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by email.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed by the Seller in writing, payment shall be made on basis of a Proforma invoice prior to dispatch of your order. Payment methods accepted by Countryside Feeders Ltd are BACS transfer, PayPal, Cheque.
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver within 2-7 working days of your order being placed, excluding week ends & bank holidays, however Any time, date or period for delivery given by Countryside Feeders Ltd is intended as an estimate only and we shall not be under any liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequences thereof.
If your order is urgent please contact us, we may be able to arrange an express delivery for you (delivery charges will apply). If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by our team. In some cases we will dispatch part of your order and follow up the remaining items if they are due in stock during that week, in this case you will only be charged for one delivery.
Delivery charges will apply on each order and calculated on total weight this will be advised on the proforma invoice.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return or exchange something. The goods should be returned where possible in their original packaging, be complete and in an unused, as new condition.
So that we can handle your return efficiently please:
- Contact us first via email so that we know to expect your return.
- Please enclose a copy of your invoice stating the reason for the return with the products you wish to return.
- We suggest that items are returned via a form of recorded delivery for your own protection. Returned posted cost will not be refunded.
- Upon our receipt of the returned products Countryside Feeders Ltd will then refund you for the original invoice amount or exchange your items for you.
Any damage or shortages must be notified to Countryside Feeders Ltd within 24 hours. Shortages will be rectified as soon as possible. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our cost.
Damage to Your Computer
Countryside Feeders Ltd makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. We cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer and software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate software/equipment in place to enable you to use the website and screen out anything that may cause damage to it.
Countryside Feeders Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Countryside Feeders Ltd or any of its employees or agents or fraud. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The aggregate liability of Countryside Feeders Ltd shall be limited to the amount of the order from which the liability arises.
